The Minister of Territorial Policy, Public Works and Mobility, Arcadi Spain, has visited the development of the works that are being carried out on the CV-734 road (Carretera Xàbia-Gata de Gorgos). Spain, together with the mayor of Urban Planning, Isabel Bolufer, has verified the progress of the construction project of two roundabouts that will improve the safety of the road and access to spaces with considerable influx such as the municipal cemetery or the industrial estate.
The roundabouts, located, one at kilometer 5 and one at 6, will be joined by a central median. This action has a budget of 1.152.000 euros "and has the objective of establishing a correct traffic management and an improvement of road safety in a section where high speeds and high traffic intensity of vehicles are registered, factors that imply a risk of accident", as indicated by the Generalitat.
