The Local Police of Xàbia are in luck. Agent Antonio Soler has been proclaimed the absolute winner of the 10k cross of the Police and Firefighters World Championship.
Soler was the fastest in a test in which 85 athletes participated, proclaiming himself world champion in the individual category and also in teams with Spain. A podium that the national team shared with Germany (second) and China (third).
The test was held in the Outdoor Valley park in Rotterdam, a city that precisely hosts its Half Marathon this Sunday.
Soler plans to participate if he manages to recover his strength after having competed this week in several tests of the championship for security force professionals.
The agent of the Local Police of Xàbia has stated that he is very happy with the sensations experienced throughout the comxicotetion and has wanted to dedicate this victory to his friends José Albi and Edu Monfort (who died five years ago in a tragic cycling accident) as well as their families.
