Four months remain before the scheduled date for the Montgorock Xàbia Festival after the event has been postponed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic; and although it seems that the return to normality is going at a good pace, it is still not possible to know how the situation will be next September.
From the organization of the festival they point out that "things are seen more clearly and that the future is less uncertain. Even so, we still cannot know what the situation will be in 4 months, but we would like nothing more than to be able to celebrate Montgorock in September".
The statement issued by the organization of the event indicates that the entry will be valid for next year, if it had to be postponed again; "If finally the festival could not be held this year, it would be postponed to 2021, and we would try to maintain our commitment to you and the artists, keeping the current line-up. Your entry will serve for the date when it can be held again, since be this September or 2021 and nothing will need to be done, just save it.
Likewise, from the Montgorock, they offer the possibility of reimbursing the amount of the tickets to all those who request it, although they make an appeal that they can maintain it and support in this situation, "We want to ask those of you who can afford it to keep your ticket. In this way, you will be supporting us and it will be easier for us to face the situation in order to continue offering a festival with the quality that we believe you deserve. We understand that some You request a refund, for which we will give 14 days from today to request it and we will pay you the corresponding amount, within the periods established by law. "
To request the return of the ticket you must write an email to tickets@montgorock.es between May 31 and June 13.
