A few days ago, the XabiaBikers traveled to Bugarra and the Madrid / Segovia ultra marathon to carry out the last races before summer.
At the Bugarra MBT March, the bikerAna Moreno, from Mussols Xabia Bikers, took first place in the female master category by completing the 42 km of the circuit in 2:25:10. In addition, she was third in the overall female category.
The test consisted of a fast circuit although with the difficulty of a gravel track and loose stones that caused several falls.
MTB Madrid-Segovia
On the other hand, three bikers from Club Mussols participated in the MTB Madrid Segovia MTB of 117km of route and 2100 meters of accumulated unevenness. The cyclists crossed the Sierra de Guadarrama until they reached the Faisanera Golf. The XabiaBikers achieved very good results in the general classification among the 500 participants: Pepe Saucedo in position 26, Reimon Almenara in 27, Edu Martínez in 30.
