The 6th year students of CEIP Graüll have actively participated in the campaign launched from the education deparment and Equality of Javea Town Hall to commemorate March 8. Specifically, they have worked on women writers in the Marina Alta with the aim of giving visibility and raising awareness in society of the few women who have a name on the streets of Xàbia.
This action has served for the center to invite Fina Doménech and the students personally know her work and career as a writer from Xàbia. The boys and girls have interviewed her, have read her poems and have greatly enjoyed her presence.
Taking advantage of the task started, the idea of the center is to invite different writers from the area to the educational center to present their works.
From the center they appreciate their collaboration and emotional visit.
