Students of The Lady Elizabeth School know 'The Secret of Pansa'

More than 400 elementary students from the international school The Lady Elizabeth School have attended the presentation of the book The secret of the pansa. A story edited by the Town Council of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell and written by Pobler Empar Ferrer, who rescues the ancestral tradition of l'Escaut, process declared of Intangible Cultural Interest.

The Councilor for Culture of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell, Jorge Pascual, attended the presentation and highlighted "The importance of transmitting this traditional procedure to families of residents who have chosen our town to live".
