Girona last Sunday hosted the XXI edition of 'The Tramun UCI MTB Marathon Series'. The race hosted 700 runners who had a sunny day to enjoy the test that had 72 km and +2.300 meters of unevenness.
At 8:30 hours the test started from Sant Esteve d'en Bas with one of the grills with the highest level of all the bike-marathon tests in Europe, since the route has an 85% trail, being the hook Perfect for any lover of pure MTB.
Cyclists of the Xàbia's Bike-Fastwear training moved to the capital of the Gironés; Ade and Moll Saor, Àlex I followed and Alicia Margalejo. Alicia got her best result in a UCI Marathon Series finishing in the top 10 of the women's general Elite.
For its part, Ade Moll A magnificent performance was also set, being eleventh of the general and tenth Elite. Like Saoro who finished thirty-fourth of the general and twenty-fourth among the Elite. Finally, Àlex would be fifteenth in the Master40 category being ninety-second of the general.
With this race, the team put an end to this 2019 season full of great results and experiences. With an eye already on the 2020 season, they thank all the sponsors for their faithful support to keep this project moving forward.
