Ade Moll and Dani Cepa new regional champions in Elite and Master 40

Last weekend the BTT-XCO Autonomous Championship was held in the town of Elda, under a scorching sun and a loose ground due to the lack of rain. The circuit had a first technical ascent and broken stone followed by a very technical and loose descent. Next, the runners met the second ascent and asphalt climb to face the last descent turned to the finish line.

Ade and Moll Saor with Tomás Miralles they would fight in the Elite and Sub23 category respectively. Thus, from the beginning Ade was taking advantage over his rivals, rising with the victory in Elite after ten runners-up. For his part, Saoro entered the finish line in fifth place after a very regular race. Finally, Tomás Miralles, after a very solid race and a few seconds behind the winner, took the runner-up in the Sub23 category.

Next weekend, Ade Moll and Tomás Miralles, selected to represent the Valencian Community, will compete in the Spanish BTT-XCO Championship in Arguedas (Navarra), together with Alicia Margalejo.

On the second day, in the first races, the Master40, Dani Cepa and Àlex Seguí came out, together with Alicia Margalejo among the Females. Dani imposed his pace from the beginning and was taking distance from his rivals, taking the victory while Àlex remained in the top10 of the category.

Alicia remained in the fight for the autonomous jersey until the third round where she lost the wake of the winner, being runner-up.

Schools

Also, on Saturday afternoon, the careers of Schools were carried out that would crown the champions of the different categories. In this way, María Ivars would take the runner-up in Beginner females, while Marcos Puig climbed to the third drawer in Alevines. In addition, David Ivars signed a magnificent top10 in Children whose layout took part of that of adults.
