The Institut Valencià de la Joventut (IVAJ) has opened the registration for young people from 18 to 30 years in the fields of youth spring volunteering 'Have fun', which are developed from the 19 to the 28 in April at the Youth Hostel La Marina, in Moraira, and in the Argentina hostel in Benicàssim.
The two volunteer projects belong to the program Viu la solidaritat and the registration period is from 11 to 28 in February. The projects Have fun They bring together a score of young people who prepare a program of playful activities for 25 boys and girls between 9 and 12 years.
The first days, the volunteers will receive training on the reception of participants, as well as on the programming for the execution of the activity. From the 21 to the 27 in April they will coexist and attend the demands of children under the supervision of the animation team.
Youth volunteer camps are a type of activity in which a group of young people from different backgrounds voluntarily and disinterestedly commits to develop a work project with social content in favor of the community, combined with complementary activities of animation .
The realization of the project is a means to promote values of coexistence, tolerance, participation, solidarity and intercultural learning.
The inscriptions to the spring fields can be made personally in the IVAJ offices of Alicante, Castellón and Valencia, in the Youth Information Services or by email at voluntariat_ivaj@gva.es.
