600 people joined the solidarity in the 6ª March in favor of CEE Raquel Payá

The 6º Marcha Solidaria Dénia.com and Jávea.com in favor of the CEE Raquel Payá was a success one more year. The solidarity response of the residents of Dénia and the region was unbeatable as around 600 people participated in this event that took place on the day of Sunday 12 of May.

A morning full of good atmosphere, sportsmanship and beautiful gestures to which people of all ages and conditions joined. The volunteers, who came from both the school and the Condenaados al Bordillo association, occupied their strategic points along the route and, once the local police corroborated that everything was in order, the race started.

Result

The runners made two laps to the circuit, completing a total of 6'7 km. The winner of this occasion was Jordi Ripoll, from CA Dianium, who completed the march in 0: 22: 42, running to 3,23 / Km.

The second to enter the finish line, with a time of 0: 23: 09, was the athlete of the CA Dianium Fran López Bolufer, followed by Máximo Folques Llorente, of the Dorsal 19 CE Pego and a time of 0: 23: 27.

This year included three categories: Senior, Veteran A and Veteran B. In Senior Men, after Ripoll and Lopez Paco Miñana, of CA Dianium, was classified with a time of 0: 25: 07.

In Veteran A, the first classified was Máximo Folqués, followed by Pedro Martínez González, with a time of 0: 24: 19; and Alberto Samper, from Enganxa't a Còrrer, who finished the race with a 0 time: 24: 23.

In less than an hour, all participants had completed the course of the test, and proceeded to the delivery of trophies with the collaboration of a school mother. Volunteers from the Raquel Payá school were responsible for delivering a dozen prizes among the numbers that were awarded at the end of the race.

The draw for a ham courtesy of El Mosset Restaurant and a bicycle ride thanks to Desnivell was also carried out live.

In a few days we will know the total amount collected on this occasion, which will be allocated to the AMPA of the Raquel Payá school with the aim of financing extracurricular activities for the students of the center.
